What servers Google uses?

Ever wondered what servers Google uses to serve up gmail page?

Server: GFE/1.3

Server: GWS/2.1

GWS must be acronym for Google Web Server. Anybody knows what GFE stands for?

I don't know what the acronyms stand for but I do notice that the versions listed seem to coincide with the two available releases of the Apache httpd server. I'm going to take a wild guess and say that Google has it's own hacked up versions of Apache.
