I missed out on the Porshe!Been programming ...Damn. I missed out on the Porshe!<BR/>Been programming for 25 years and managed to stay employed thru the up and down. <BR/>In the new flatter world, you have to offer something that is better than the next guy whether he/she is in is Silicon Valley or India. Maybe that means more than just tech skills. <BR/>It obviously means being either ahead of or at least at the curve with regards to tech skills and specializing. I tried to learn a little of everything and decided nobody wants someone who is mediocre at many things.
